Finally finished with Chapter 28!

A-block finished Heisenberg and Schroedinger today, and set the stage for Chapter 29 and atomic structure.

C-block went over the recent relativity quiz, and did a "no-counter" free-response problem on the photoelectric effect.  We also finished Heisenberg and Schroedinger and are ready for Chapter 29.
